This incredible fully washed coffee is grown by some 700 farmers in and around the Gedeo region just west of the town of Yirgacheffe. Ripe heirloom cherry is delivered directly to the Kebel Dumerso washing station (owned by Surafel Birhanu and his family), where it is washed and then sun-dried on raised beds for roughly 2-3 weeks before being transported to dry mill in Addis.. Small holders typically harvest the various heirloom varietals between October and December.

The flavour profile of this coffee is classic. clean yiracheffe - look for bergamot tea, lemon, vanilla and a pronounced apricot sweetness.
